Attn: Kelly Verzillo-Congradulations on your new challenge. I have been considering this program but had
hoped you had personalized training. Any chance your going to put that in? Everyone learns in differant ways.
I am intrigued by your industry. It must be difficult to get Doctors to leave a private practice to go to a hospital
but you know more than I will probably ever know. Please advise on the training and again good luck. Jerry

Recruitment and search is hard work no matter the industry. However, there is something to be said for “fishing” in a well stocked pond, versus a barren one. Good luck Bob.

It depends on how your operation progresses. In most cases, especially initially, your efforts should all be home-office based with extensive phone work. We are more phone sales oriented, and less Internet. Surfing the web isn’t going to get you to the right practitioners with the right credentials. Email alone won’t prompt anyone to quit their job and take the one you are presenting. Still, it can all be done over the phone and you do not have to meet with people personally.

With that being said, if you are a “face to face” oriented salesperson and have numerous contacts in the local healthcare marketplace, there is something to be said for targeting your local area and being receptive to meeting with clients and candidates.
