As either a Candidate Recruiter or Client Salesperson you must be able to work from a home-office, be highly motivated and have excellent communication and time management skills.

Peter Stanos Associates is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. The president of the company is Dr. Peter Stanos, a board certified physician who maintained a vibrant private practice in physical medicine and rehabilitation for twelve years before starting his own physician search firm in 2006.

The company has grown substantially and now has independently owned “Partner” offices all around the nation, with more being added every month.

As a Candidate Recruiter you receive considerable training and support in recruiting, screening and interviewing in-demand healthcare, medical and scientific professionals.

As a Client Salesperson you receive equal quality training in soliciting, negotiating and securing search assignments with healthcare, medical and scientific employers.

Every recruiting project is initiated with a detailed Search Assignment, secured by our Client Development Team, from an employer. This contract specifies what the employer requires in the way of credentials and experience, along with the compensation range and recruiting fee to be paid.

Once the parameters of the search are defined, Candidate Recruiters are provided with leads of potential candidates, making initial contact and screening prospects on skills, qualifications and interest level. The candidates that result are taken through a further qualification and interview process as they are submitted to clients.

Candidate Recruiters and Client Salespeople work closely with a PSA Partner in defining their daily activity, strategy for targeting specific contacts and managing their time. Additionally, a PSA Partner helps the Recruiter or Salesperson close deals and be more effective.

Because of the nature of a PSA Partner’s search and recruitment services, Candidate Recruiters and Client Salespeople are in position to make an attractive income while working from their own home office.
